VALVE JOBS

The first step to our valve job is a visaul inspection. We look for broken bolts, stripped threads, missing parts, and obvious cracks and damaged parts. Here's an easy one. We can easily see that the exhaust valve is sunk or recessed and that the head is cracked. All three cylinders were this way. It was more cost effective to replace this head rather than repair.
